I do not know the weight and dimensions of my parcel. What should I enter?

On UK to UK deliveries weights and dimensions are not critical provided that your parcel does not exceed 3 metres in length and girth combined and must not exceed 1.5 metres in length and is no heavier than 30kg.

If you do not know the weights and dimensions:

Weigh yourself on the bathroom scales with and without the parcel then calculate the difference

Please be aware that the weight and dimensions entered need to include the packaging.
